Senior PV Officer, Team Leader – Pharmacovigilance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Offering assistance to various activities carried out by the project team on behalf of both the client and the company.

• Directly oversees the assigned ICSR staff.

• Develops and manages project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities, which includes optimizing procedures, training sessions, and other initiatives aimed at enhancing ICSR team efficiency.

• Suggests process improvements to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Oversees ICSR deviations with support from the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Analyzes trackers and timesheet information to ensure accuracy.

• Participates in ICSR processing and conducts second quality checks of cases.

• Provides support to other departments as authorized and directed by the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Functions as the designated Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team.

• Assists the RA & PV Network Department as required, which includes serving as the Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance (LCPPV) for the specified country and assuming the role of Person Responsible for Local Screening (PRLS) for the assigned language, as agreed upon with the line manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related healthcare qualification, or possess relevant experience in pharmacovigilance.

• 3-4 years of professional experience in pharmacovigilance, including at least 1 year in a line management position.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to multitask.

• Effective delegation skills.

• Proficient in planning and time management.

• Technical proficiency.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

• Advanced skills in MS Office.
