Senior PV Officer, Team Leader – Pharmacovigilance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance for various activities carried out by the project team on behalf of the client and the organization.

• Supervise the ICSR staff assigned to you.

• Develop and uphold project-specific KPIs for the contracted ICSR activities.

• Suggest process enhancements to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Manage ICSR deviations with the support of the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Examine trackers and timesheet data to ensure precision.

• Participate in ICSR processing and perform second quality control of cases.

• Offer support to other departments as authorized by the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Function as the designated subject matter expert for the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related healthcare qualification.

• 3-4 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, including at least 1 year in a line management position.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Proficient delegation skills.

• Effective planning and time management capabilities.

• Technical proficiency.

• Team collaboration skills.

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

• Advanced skills in MS Office.
