This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Offering support for various activities carried out by the project team on behalf of the client and the organization.
β’ Directly supervises assigned ICSR personnel.
β’ Develops and maintains project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR functions, which includes optimizing processes, conducting training, and implementing other initiatives to enhance ICSR team effectiveness.
β’ Suggests process improvements to the ICSR Operational Lead.
β’ Manages ICSR deviations with the assistance of the ICSR Operational Lead.
β’ Reviews trackers and timesheet information to ensure precision.
β’ Participates in ICSR processing and the second quality check of cases.
β’ Assists other departments as directed and approved by the ICSR Operational Lead.
β’ Acts as the assigned team Subject Matter Expert (SME).
β’ Provides support to the RA & PV Network Department as necessary, including serving as the Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance (LCPPV) for the designated country and fulfilling the role of Person Responsible for Local Screening (PRLS) for the assigned language, as agreed with the line manager.
β’ Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare-related field.
β’ 3-4 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, including at least 1 year in a line management position.
β’ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
β’ Strong organizational abilities, with a focus on detail and multitasking.
β’ Proficient in delegation.
β’ Capable of effective planning and time management.
β’ Technical proficiency.
β’ Experience working collaboratively within a team.
β’ Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
β’ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
