This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and review complex documents related to cybersecurity professional services independently, including Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Orders.
• Ensure that the content, assumptions, terms, pricing, and conditions of cybersecurity professional services comply with company policies.
• Maintain document formatting in accordance with the company Style Guide.
• Incorporate client-specific information, agreement references, and negotiated terms and conditions.
• Facilitate communication among sales, technical, accounting, contracts, and other internal stakeholders.
• Update ticketing records to track open statuses.
• Manage document review cycles and keep stakeholders informed about request statuses.
• Evaluate client edits and support the approval process.
• Finalize documents for client delivery and arrange for electronic signatures.
• Oversee document tracking and version control throughout the creation and revision lifecycles of documents.
• Support team members during SOW creation, including conducting quality assurance reviews.
• Develop and maintain team process documentation.
• Assess new and revised offering templates.
• Assist leadership in strategic planning for team processes and business systems.
• Proofread, edit, and potentially rewrite existing content for improved clarity.
• Conduct research to ensure document accuracy.
• Confirm that requests are completed within designated timelines.
• Mentor less experienced team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• At least two (2) years in an enterprise-level writing and decision-making capacity.
• Internal operational experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree focusing on Professional/Technical Writing or English is preferred, or equivalent related work experience.
• Experience in the Cybersecurity or Technology sector is a plus.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with a keen attention to detail.
• Capable of managing a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in handling decision-making tasks.
• Positive demeanor, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and within a team setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong written communication capabilities.
• Advanced experience in professional writing, editing, and proofreading, ensuring clarity, conciseness, grammar, word usage, and sentence structure.
• Advanced skills in MS Word.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and Adobe PDF.
• Knowledge of Google enterprise applications, RFPIO, Salesforce, and DocuSign is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and utilize AI-enabled tools.
• Primarily remote workforce (U.S. based only; some travel may be necessary for specific positions, and on-site work may be required for Federal roles).
