This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Spearhead strategic, high-value proposal initiatives for Federal Government clients.
• Oversee large, intricate, and multi-disciplinary proposal submissions that involve various service lines and stakeholders.
• Provide senior-level expertise on procurement processes and best practices for proposals.
• Effectively balance and manage multiple proposal opportunities while ensuring quality and responsiveness.
• Create, write, edit, and refine proposal content while supervising the final production process.
• Guide and support Proposal Coordinators and Proposal Specialists, fostering a collaborative environment.
• A Degree or Diploma in Technical Writing, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in developing proposals, RFIs, RFQs, and RFP responses in a professional B2B setting.
• Proven experience in preparing successful submissions for Federal Government procurement opportunities and other public-sector clients.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, AI-assisted writing tools, or other proposal automation technologies.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Exceptional abilities in writing, editing, proofreading, and content creation.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple simultaneous proposal efforts while adhering to competing deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of proposal strategy, compliance requirements, quality assurance processes, and best practices in pursuit.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of working independently while propelling projects towards successful completion.
