📋 Description

• Deliver field risk engineering services to fulfill underwriting criteria

• Create and execute customer service strategies aimed at minimizing losses and enhancing operational efficiency for clients

• Offer engineering assistance to the underwriting team by participating in meetings with clients and brokers

• Conduct field engineering services, primarily for larger accounts and prospects within the designated region

• Provide advanced property consulting services to clients

• Identify risks with considerable loss potential

• Analyze the causes and ramifications of significant losses and property management programs

• Support the marketing of Zurich's risk transfer insurance solutions in collaboration with underwriting professionals and agents across various business segments

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Risk Engineering field OR a High School Diploma or Equivalent with 8 or more years of experience in Risk Engineering

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience collaborating within a team setting

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Fire Science, or a related discipline

• Preferred: Experience with High Property Risk (HPR)

• Preferred: Background in Loss Control/Risk Engineering within the insurance sector

• Preferred: Certification as a Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS)

• Preferred: Strong communication and consultative abilities

• Preferred: Exceptional teamwork and collaborative skills

• Preferred: Proven history of successful teamwork

• Preferred: High level of proficiency with PCs and software systems

• Anticipated travel is 25–35%
