This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Serve as the trusted risk advisor for a portfolio of essential customer accounts
• Allocate around 60% of your time to cultivating strong customer relationships
• Assist organizations in achieving their risk management and resilience goals
• Create and implement customer service strategies aimed at reducing losses and enhancing risk improvement
• Perform both on-site and remote assessments
• Coordinate intricate risk engineering programs
• Supervise service plans and conduct stewardship reviews
• Offer clear and actionable risk insights
• Propel the completion of risk enhancement actions
• Manage program execution through Zurich's international network
• Exhibit the value of Zurich Resilience Solutions via benchmarking, reporting, and service evaluations
• Collaborate closely with customers, brokers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to broaden Zurich's offerings
• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives
• Support Property UK's financial goals through revenue enhancement, budget oversight, and operational efficiencies
• Demonstrated experience as a risk engineering professional managing customer accounts
• Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships that foster risk improvement and business value
• Proficiency in property loss prevention, including fire protection, business interruption, and natural hazards
• Strong knowledge of BS EN 12845, NFPA codes, and FM Data Sheets
• Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation abilities
• Capability to convert technical insights into practical solutions for customers
• Consultative mindset with exceptional commercial awareness
• Ability to recognize opportunities that support revenue growth
• Comfortable interacting with senior customer contacts, brokers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders
• Self-driven and dedicated to ongoing professional development
• Enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and aiding in the development of others
• Willingness to travel regularly within the UK and occasionally internationally
