This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.
• Lead the design and strategy of the prompt framework, establishing end-to-end architecture, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment playbooks for distributed teams.
• Create intricate, high-impact prompt systems, including multi-agent and chain-of-thought architectures for resume builder workflows across global product lines.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to synchronize prompt strategies with model selection, API cost optimization, performance budgets, and roadmaps.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and safety measures to benchmark LLM outputs worldwide, reducing hallucination, bias, and AI-like content.
• Serve as the cross-functional resource for prompt design; converting requirements from Content, Engineering, Data, Product, and portal teams into production-ready implementations.
• Lead research and development into new AI paradigms, assess emerging models and tools, and provide clear recommendations for adoption.
• Mentor the prompt management team and assist in building the function through structures, processes, documentation, and quality standards.
• Over 8 years of professional experience in AI/ML systems, language technologies, or software product engineering.
• 4-5 years in prompt design or LLM product development, with a proven history of launching consumer-facing features at scale.
• Expertise in advanced prompt design paradigms: RAG, multi-agent architectures, chain-of-thought, context window management, and model behavior trade-offs.
• Practical experience with various LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and a clear understanding of behavioral differences and trade-offs.
• Skilled in designing and maintaining LLM evaluation pipelines (LLM-as-judge, human evaluation, automated metrics) and prompt versioning workflows.
• Strong intuition for naturalness, identifying and eliminating AI-generated, repetitive, or generic outputs.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional roadmaps and mentor prompt designers or AI content teams.
