Digital Learning Designer – Maternity Cover

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop engaging, creative, and effective digital learning solutions.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to design learning initiatives that align with business objectives.

• Gather learner feedback to assess success and continuously improve learning offerings.

• Promote and communicate learning initiatives through internal channels.

• Ensure that materials adhere to brand guidelines and reflect core values.

• Stay informed on trends in digital and instructional design.

• Create learning pathways in the LMS, assign them to user groups, and report on engagement and completion rates.

• Utilize LMS data and analytics to identify skill gaps and opportunities for new learning initiatives.

• Tailor programs to support the evolving needs of the business and employee development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in user experience and graphic design.

• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects for video editing and animation.

• Extensive experience in instructional design and its application in the creation and delivery of materials.

• Familiarity with digital learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely and high-quality program delivery.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts.

• Experience in scriptwriting and voiceover production.

• Administration skills for learning experience platforms (LXP/LMS).

• Competency in data analysis and problem-solving.

• Previous videography experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with Vyond for character animation is desirable.

• Experience using Camtasia for screen capture is a plus.

• Knowledge of AI tools for planning, creation, and analysis of learning is advantageous.
