Senior Projekt- und Prozessmanager, Customer Activation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development of streamlined and efficient processes in collaboration with colleagues from NE3, NE4, and product management.

• Acting as the demand manager for IT regarding relevant ticket and field service systems.

• Prioritizing requirements based on company objectives.

• Providing evaluations and reports for the Head of Customer Activation to analyze customer connections and performance.

• Ensuring a scalable partner base in conjunction with purchasing and partner management.

• Supporting tender processes for onboarding new partners.

• Managing and coordinating telecommunications projects and infrastructure rollouts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in fiber optic expansion, particularly in customer connection and troubleshooting.

• Completed studies in a technical or commercial field or alternatively training in the technical telecommunications sector (fixed network).

• Extensive professional experience with infrastructure projects or comparable FTTX rollouts.

• Several years of experience in connecting and provisioning end customers.

• Successful management and coordination of telecommunications projects.

• Comprehensive experience in project management.

• High capacity for understanding complex issues.

• Strong communication skills.

• Excellent German and English language skills.
