Talent Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational aspects of each search from initiation to completion

• Coordinate interview schedules and provide updates to clients

• Manage the pace of searches and monitor response rates

• Identify potential risks before they escalate into issues

• Craft candidate engagement communications and evaluate response and interest metrics

• Transform strong candidate relationships into enduring connections

• Recognize process inefficiencies and relay feedback to product development

• Experiment with new automation tools to minimize manual tasks and enhance team efficiency

• Assist consultants with pitch presentations, track records, and compensation benchmarks

• Sustain relationships with previous clients during intermissions between mandates

• Organize and facilitate The Big Search dinners and events from start to finish

• Conduct learning and development workshops and disseminate best practices

• Report directly to the Director of Research & Talent Operations

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a dynamic, client-oriented setting, preferably in executive search or recruitment

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Capability to remain organized under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

• Proficiency with data management, Excel, and PowerBI

• Regular use of AI tools

• Familiarity with an ATS and outreach tools is advantageous

• Proficient in written and spoken English

• Skill in crafting impactful cold messages and facilitating senior-level conversations

• Demonstrated ownership, precision, empathy, curiosity, and initiative
