Senior Project Program Manager, Dental and Vision

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution and outcomes of various complex projects or programs from inception to implementation.

• Manage cross-functional business initiatives effectively.

• Identify and act as a subject matter expert on significant business projects and initiatives.

• Create and maintain cross-functional management processes to drive growth objectives.

• Design experience and journey maps for key stakeholders.

• Assist in strategic planning by collaborating with stakeholders to collect and coordinate inputs, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities.

• Act as a resource to guarantee compliance and appropriateness of essential external communications.

• Aid the leadership in managing the team, including organizing town halls, team meetings, and cultural initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of Program / Project Management experience in the Healthcare sector.

• Demonstrated project management expertise within a matrix organization.

• Proven ability to meet business project milestones consistently.

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant equivalent work experience.

• Experience in Dental / Vision preferred.
