This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the execution and delivery of client strategies, contractual obligations, and key performance indicators.
β’ Guide, mentor, develop, and retain field medical teams through individual meetings, field visits, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations.
β’ Ensure team members possess the necessary scientific, therapeutic, product, technology, and compliance knowledge for effective peer-to-peer interactions with healthcare professionals.
β’ Cultivate trusted client relationships, conduct quarterly business reviews, address program challenges, and identify opportunities for partnership expansion.
β’ Convert program requirements into clear objectives, operational strategies, reporting structures, and measurable expectations for the team.
β’ Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Finance, Account Leadership, and other departments on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, resource allocation, and program execution.
β’ Track program performance, collect field insights, generate client and leadership reports, and suggest enhancements.
β’ Stay informed about therapeutic areas, clinical evidence, treatment pathways, industry trends, competitive environments, and applicable codes of conduct.
β’ Manage budgets, expenses, forecasting inputs, and team resources effectively.
β’ Assist with program renewals, redeployment planning, and exploring new business prospects.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree from an accredited institution along with a medical credential is mandatory.
β’ A terminal degree or MSN/NP is preferred.
β’ Three to five years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, including a solid understanding of drug development.
β’ Experience in managing Medical Science Liaisons, Clinical Trial Liaisons, or equivalent roles in medical affairs is essential.
β’ Medical Affairs experience is required.
β’ Proven leadership skills, with a focus on coaching and performance management.
β’ Ability to critically assess and convey complex scientific and clinical information.
β’ Familiarity with compliance standards and industry regulations governing field-based medical teams.
β’ Strong client orientation, judgment, listening, communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of thriving in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
β’ Willing to travel 50% or more, including internationally.
β’ Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
β’ Capable of completing all required training from Amplity and clients.
