This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Manage, strategize, and implement intricate, high-impact projects from start to finish.
• Create project charters, scope documents, resource plans, timelines, budgets, and work plans.
• Perform feasibility assessments, stakeholder analyses, and risk evaluations.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams, delegate tasks, oversee workloads, and track performance.
• Utilize project management tools to monitor milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
• Relay project status, risks, and critical decisions to relevant stakeholders.
• Recognize risks and devise mitigation plans.
• Tackle challenges and resolve issues, escalations, and conflicts.
• Employ quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions and enhance outcomes.
• Supervise project budgets, project expenses, and report any discrepancies.
• Negotiate and coordinate contracts with vendors and third-party service providers.
• Enhance resource allocation and capacity planning.
• Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct project status meetings, presentations, and executive briefings.
• Manage change requests while ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and costs.
• Execute post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices.
• Share expertise and mentor junior project managers.
• Remain updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
• Familiar with LLM platforms and agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT-4, Gemini).
• Practical experience with next-generation AI agent frameworks/tools (e.g., Manus) for workflow automation, multi-step task orchestration, and system integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for intricate project challenges.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated success in juggling competing priorities, deadlines, and budgets.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in project management.
• Experience overseeing enterprise-level projects involving multiple stakeholders and substantial budgets (e.g., $1M+).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards pertinent to the specific industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel (up to 10–25%) to client sites or other company locations as required.
• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as project timelines dictate.
