Change Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product teams to gain insight into forthcoming platform releases and evaluate their impact on users.

• Strategically plan and oversee communications pertaining to feature updates, platform modifications, and release notifications.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate change readiness and promote adoption.

• Identify various stakeholder groups and customize messaging to enhance effective communication and engagement.

• Assess and improve communication channels utilized to connect with both internal and external audiences.

• Aid in enablement initiatives by coordinating messaging, materials, and release communications.

• Monitor progress across change initiatives to ensure the successful implementation of platform updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in change management, program management, or project management roles.

• Proven experience in supporting large-scale platform or system implementations.

• Strong grasp of change management principles and communication strategies.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and technical stakeholders.

• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.

• Capacity to oversee multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.

• Comfortable operating in both technical and business-oriented settings.

• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

• A background in communications and enablement is advantageous.
