Senior Project Manager/Team Lead, Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of up to 7 project managers tasked with managing project activities within the client’s clinical portfolio.

• Mentor, develop, and assess the performance of team members.

• Oversee and coordinate workflows, processes, and portfolio metrics.

• Report directly to the Managing Director of Programs and Projects.

• Collaborate with Facilities Management, the Transactions Team, Engineering, senior leadership, and the client.

• Define organizational strategy and establish team best practices.

• Dedicate 25% of your time to project execution.

• Travel as required for project execution and to support the broader PCO team, approximately 30–35% of the time.

• Engage with clients and both internal and external vendor partners, including architects, engineers, and contractors.

• Monitor and facilitate the execution of services and processes in line with client contract agreements.

• Contribute to strategic initiatives and support efforts across the Programs and Projects Team.

• Oversee project management goals while assisting in process development, program enhancement, and quality initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

• Advanced project management skills with a proven grasp of the project management business.

• Capability to support and/or lead business development initiatives as necessary or requested.

• Experience in client relations, client management, contract negotiations, and consulting.

• Strong analytical abilities and effective communication of analyzed data to clients and project teams.

• Solid understanding of architectural/engineering drawings and construction principles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
