This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide administrative, analytical, and coordination assistance throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Create and uphold project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets in collaboration with Project Management and scientific teams.
• Monitor progress, report key metrics, foresee risks, and assist in resolving issues.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication among teams and stakeholders.
• Organize meetings, document action items, and maintain alignment on objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Assist with resource allocation and track project expenses against budgets.
• Keep project documentation and records well-organized.
• Help guarantee that reporting requirements and quality standards are fulfilled.
• Contribute to project reviews and retrospectives by documenting lessons learned and tracking follow-up actions.
• Aid in refining project management tools, templates, and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to enhance value, manage competing priorities with minimal supervision, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with Senior Project Managers, scientific research leads, and project teams across PSE.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, project analysis, or similar administrative support roles.
• Strong enthusiasm for or knowledge of climate, energy, environment, public health, and/or energy policy issues, or a demonstrated eagerness to learn rapidly.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities with a strong capacity to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with strong interpersonal capabilities.
• Proficient in Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Experience in tracking budgets and expenses.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Environmental Studies, Policy, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies is preferred.
• Previous experience in research, academic, scientific, or nonprofit settings is preferred.
• Comfort using AI tools such as Claude is preferred.
• Ability to use a computer and sit for extended periods; good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity; visual acuity; overall mobility.
