Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Lead small project management teams that aid in managing elements of a larger technological program.

• Supervise functional individual contributors by assigning tasks and providing guidance to ensure timely and high-quality completion.

• Manage project schedules and define project scope.

• Assist in developing project budgets.

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and assist in project staffing.

• Identify and mitigate risks through regular status reporting and project updates.

• Manage expectations for clients, the company, and project teams.

• Measure and communicate project metrics while adjusting the program as necessary.

• Prepare comprehensive statements of work (SOW) for clients.

• Obtain acceptance and approval from stakeholders on project scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives related to broader business transformation throughout the complete project management life cycle.

• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is mandatory.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as being a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

• Knowledge of budget development, control, and assurance methods, as well as project management software.

• Ability to translate larger program objectives into clear and attainable project milestones.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to inspire functional individual contributors to take action.

• Competence in managing multiple tasks at the same time.

• Video cameras must be utilized during all interviews and throughout the first week of orientation.
