Associate Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist the project manager in supervising project development and execution, including managing budgets, adhering to schedules, and ensuring quality control.

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Identify potential risks and formulate strategies for mitigation.

• Aid in reviewing, negotiating, and managing vendor and supplier contracts.

• Maintain project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and various documentation.

• Monitor the financial performance of projects, track expenses, and keep project budget records.

• Organize meetings, prepare presentations, and assist with project-related tasks.

• Support the delivery of real estate and construction projects from initiation to completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in project management or similar roles within the real estate sector.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and multitask effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficient in project management software and tools.

• Experience in managing small to medium-scale projects from inception to completion.

• Knowledge of best practices in the real estate industry and construction processes.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

• Willingness to travel for project-related meetings and site visits.

• Availability for a schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
