Senior Project Manager – US Consumer Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Strategize, oversee, and execute various projects throughout all stages in accordance with business and enterprise objectives.

• Offer leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project teams.

• Collaborate with business and executive stakeholders across one or multiple Lines of Business.

• Manage projects subject to moderate to high regulatory scrutiny.

• Handle projects with moderately high to high risk levels.

• Direct Tier 2 and/or Tier 3 projects characterized by moderately high to high complexity.

• May supervise Tier 1 projects.

• Indirectly coordinate cross-Line-of-Business project teams that include Business Analysts, Business SMEs, and Technology Resources.

• Oversee multiple medium- to long-term projects.

• Monitor, forecast, and control project budgets.

• Lead cross-functional teams through intricate organizational changes.

• Cultivate cohesive, motivated, and high-performing teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Project Management Certification is mandatory.

• Over 10 years of relevant experience.

• In-depth understanding of project management practices, procedures, and principles.

• Experience with credit card operations is preferred.

• Experience managing a POD is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with financial management, including the tracking, forecasting, and administration of project budgets.

• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficient facilitation skills.

• Dedication to team skills enhancement and capability to attract top talent.

• Ability to establish and sustain strong working relationships with both internal and external partners.

• Capability to build and nurture a cohesive team while fostering a positive work atmosphere.

• Experience in change management, guiding cross-functional teams through complex transitions from concept to execution.
