Senior Project Manager – Treasury Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects by ensuring effective initiation, planning, execution, and closure, while delivering quality, speed, and value.

• Take ownership and drive successful execution of large-scale projects across various initiatives.

• Lead project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget.

• Provide comprehensive project management for complex projects and programs, covering scope definition, analysis, design, planning, execution, and implementation.

• Facilitate tradeoff and risk-based decisions related to project scope, schedule, and costs.

• Document organizational requirements for solution execution and apply lessons learned to enhance processes.

• Monitor project progress, adjust schedules as necessary, and provide status updates to Senior and Executive Management.

• Raise issues as needed and prepare data-driven recommendations for management action.

• Mentor and coach junior PMO project managers and functional project leads.

• Enhance project, program, and portfolio management methodologies.

• Utilize project management software to plan, organize, and track project activities across bank departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, finance, or a related field of study OR an Associate Degree/Two years of college plus two (2) years of relevant work/military experience OR four (4) years of relevant work/military experience.

• A minimum of five (5) years of formal project management experience.

• Current and active PMP Certification OR the ability to obtain one within 18 months of the start date.

• Experience in Agile methodologies or serving as a Scrum Master within a team is preferred.

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is preferred.

• Prior experience working within an Enterprise PMO is preferred.

• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Planview PPM Pro, or MS Project is preferred.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.
