Senior Project Manager – Technology/IT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate business and technology projects that align with Refresco's strategic goals.

• Guide initiatives through every stage of Refresco's Project Delivery Ways of Working.

• Create and sustain project plans, timelines, resource allocations, RAID logs, status updates, governance documents, and delivery projections.

• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and change requests.

• Coordinate the commitments of vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.

• Lead governance forums, steering committees, milestone evaluations, and stakeholder meetings.

• Foster accountability among project teams, sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with IT Business Partners during the intake, initiation, and delivery phases.

• Work alongside OCM on stakeholder impact assessments, readiness, communications, training, and adoption processes.

• Report budget discrepancies, delivery risks, and resource limitations to sponsors and leadership.

• Establish project success criteria, anticipated benefits, business outcome metrics, and exit criteria.

• Create the framework and accountability for realizing post-implementation value.

• Achieve the defined scope and schedule targets while delivering on project objectives and business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

• 5-8 years of experience in project or program management.

• Proven track record in delivering enterprise technology or business transformation projects successfully.

• PMP certification is required.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex projects.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, and PMO practices.

• Proficient in planning, scheduling, risk management, issue management, and change control.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Capability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

• Experience collaborating with IT Business Partners, OCM, vendors, and executive stakeholders.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Flexible and able to adapt to change.

• Willingness to travel up to 15%-20% based on business requirements and often on short notice.

• Must adhere to Refresco's Home-based Job Requirements policy.

• Required to travel for on-site onboarding for two weeks at the beginning of employment, possibly for a longer duration.
