This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate sprint and release cycles, which include planning, grooming, demonstrations, retrospectives, and release coordination.
• Keep progress on track and remove any obstacles for the team.
• Ensure the team adheres to their commitments.
• Monitor team workload, roles, and actual capacity.
• Leverage visibility into workload to optimize capacity and manage new requests as necessary.
• Act as the primary contact for a designated set of stakeholder requests.
• Comprehend stakeholder requirements and the underlying motivations.
• Convert requests into actionable specifications for engineers and analysts.
• Report on project delivery, including completed tasks, delays, reasons behind them, and key trends.
• Oversee the Salesforce platform that supports the sales team.
• Assist in enhancing existing processes and implementing new ones.
• Aid in transitioning the Customer Success Management team and post-sales procedures onto Salesforce.
• Over 3 years of experience in project or delivery management within a technical product or platform team.
• Genuine ownership of a backlog instead of simple task administration.
• Strong understanding of sprint and release methodologies.
• Proven experience in conducting planning and grooming sessions.
• Capability to transform stakeholder requests into precise requirements.
• Skill in identifying a request from its underlying issue.
• Proficiency in writing requirements that need minimal clarification.
• Ability to assertively push back on senior stakeholders and communicate trade-offs.
• Well-structured written communication skills in English.
• Preference for asynchronous work methods, including written updates, recorded walkthroughs, and shared documentation.
• Experience with Salesforce is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Salesforce custom objects, flows, or validation rules is beneficial.
• Experience as a Salesforce business analyst is a considerable asset.
• Understanding of sales processes and tools such as CPQ, lead routing, sales enablement, and revenue reporting.
