Senior Project Manager – Retail Banking Refurbish Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services to a financial services client account

• Assist the Retail Branch Refurbishment Team

• Oversee projects from initiation to completion

• Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for commercial real estate projects

• Collaborate directly with clients to outline the scope of work, resource needs, cost estimates and budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk assessment

• Define resources for project delivery

• Conduct requests for proposals, carry out bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients

• Facilitate project charters and coordinate timelines

• Ensure tasks remain on schedule and address any issues

• Organize regular project status meetings

• Develop enhanced methods for individual and departmental goals

• Mentor others and cultivate functional expertise

• Influence stakeholders and articulate complex ideas

• Contribute to the development of new products, processes, standards, and operational strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with 8-10 years of relevant experience

• A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree

• Prior experience with EV charging is required

• Experience with financial services clients is a plus

• Leadership abilities to inspire the team to meet overarching operational targets

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Experience with PMWeb or other web-based project management software is preferred

• Exceptional organizational skills coupled with a strong inquisitive mindset
