This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of comprehensive plans for designated product initiatives, encompassing scope, sequencing, dependencies, milestones, and criteria for readiness.
• Decompose ambiguous initiatives into distinct workstreams with clearly assigned owners.
• Monitor delivery against established commitments and address dependencies across teams.
• Lead dependency reviews, cross-team planning sessions, and release readiness discussions.
• Convert engineering obstacles and technical considerations into updates for Product leadership and commercial stakeholders.
• Ensure go-to-market readiness in collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Support, and Customer Success teams.
• Manage internal and customer-facing release communications, including the preparation of release notes.
• Develop repeatable templates, checklists, and delivery processes utilizing AI tools.
• Generate status reports and maintain delivery cadences with development teams.
• Oversee multi-team product initiatives from the point of commitment through to release.
• A minimum of 6 years in project or program management roles.
• At least 4 years of experience embedded within a B2B SaaS Product or R&D organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in managing delivery with software engineering teams and coordinating the go-to-market aspects of product launches.
• Background in driving delivery for complex SaaS architectures, including API integrations, multi-tenant cloud platforms, feature flags, and continuous deployment release models.
• Familiarity with the SaaS product lifecycle and agile delivery methodologies.
• Technical proficiency to discuss dependencies, trade-offs, and blockers with engineering teams.
• Expertise in using Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams across various time zones.
• A proven track record in designing, implementing, or enhancing cross-functional delivery and go-to-market release frameworks.
