Senior Project Manager – Retail Bank Renovations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee a range of regional retail bank renovation real estate projects from inception to completion.

• Supervise planning, design, construction, occupancy, and project closeout phases.

• Coordinate renovation tasks in occupied facilities while minimizing disruption to business operations.

• Collaborate with clients to define the scope of work, resource needs, cost estimates, budgets, timelines, milestones, quality controls, and risk assessment.

• Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or via the project qualification process.

• Execute complex requests for proposals, conduct bid evaluations, and advise clients on resource recommendations.

• Develop project charters and integrated timelines.

• Ensure project functions adhere to schedules and address or escalate issues as necessary.

• Organize regular status meetings for current and upcoming projects.

• Work collaboratively on solutions and guide project teams through execution and completion.

• Innovate methods to enhance both individual and departmental goals.

• Mentor others and exemplify organizational values.

• Influence senior stakeholders and manage varying interests.

• Contribute to the development of new products, processes, standards, and operational strategies.

• Convey complex and challenging ideas to sway decision-making.

• Comply with relevant SOX control responsibilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship at any point.

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with 8-10 years of applicable experience.

• A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Preferred qualifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations.

• Experience in the financial services sector is essential.

• Retail construction program experience is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.

• Familiarity with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management tools is advantageous.

• Capable of addressing unique challenges with both standard and innovative solutions.

• Exceptional organizational skills coupled with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

• Willingness to travel regionally up to 25%-30% within the Eastern or Central time zones.
