Senior Project Manager – Retail Bank Renovations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services for a client account in the financial services sector.

• Oversee multiple regional retail bank renovation projects from inception to completion.

• Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and project closeout.

• Coordinate renovations in occupied facilities while minimizing disruption to business operations.

• Prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risk assessments.

• Define project delivery resources and conduct requests for proposals and bid evaluations.

• Facilitate project charters, integrated timelines, status meetings, and resolution or escalation of issues.

• Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion phases.

• Develop enhanced methods, processes, standards, and operational strategies.

• Mentor others and provide expertise across various project management disciplines.

• Influence stakeholders and convey complex ideas across multidisciplinary teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Experience with financial services clients is essential.

• Experience in retail construction programs is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.

• Familiarity with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software is beneficial.

• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations are preferred.

• Must possess expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

• Ability to address unique problems utilizing both standard and innovative solutions.

• Willingness to travel regionally up to 25%–30% within either the Eastern or Central time zones.

• On-site presence and requirements may vary based on client needs.
