Senior Project Manager – Retail Bank Renovations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services for a financial services client account.

• Oversee multiple regional retail bank renovation projects from initiation to completion.

• Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and project closeout.

• Coordinate renovation efforts in occupied facilities while minimizing disruption to business operations.

• Prepare the scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules and milestones, quality control, and risk assessments.

• Define project delivery resources and facilitate requests for proposals and bid evaluations.

• Organize project charters, integrated timelines, status meetings, and resolve or escalate issues as needed.

• Collaborate with clients and project teams to devise solutions and guide implementation through to completion.

• Mentor others and contribute to the development of new products, processes, standards, and operational plans.

• Articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders across diverse teams.

• Travel regionally up to 25%–30% within the Eastern or Central time zones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, along with 8–10 years of relevant experience.

• In the absence of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be taken into account.

• Experience with financial services clients is essential.

• Experience in retail construction programs is highly desirable.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Familiarity with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software.

• Exceptional organizational skills combined with a keen inquisitive mindset.

• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations are preferred.

• Ability to address unique challenges using both standard and innovative solutions with significant business impact.
