Senior Project Manager – Retail Bank Renovations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee a variety of real estate projects from inception to completion.

• Manage the phases of planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

• Coordinate renovation efforts within occupied spaces while minimizing disruption to business operations.

• Collaborate directly with clients to outline the scope of work, resource needs, cost estimates, budgets, timelines, milestones, quality control measures, and risk assessments.

• Identify project delivery resources from pre-approved lists or via the project qualification process.

• Conduct intricate requests for proposals, complete bid assessments, and recommend resources to clients.

• Facilitate the creation of project charters and integrated timelines.

• Ensure project functions remain on schedule and address or escalate issues as necessary.

• Organize regular meetings to discuss project status updates.

• Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams throughout implementation and completion.

• Develop enhanced methods to achieve individual and departmental objectives.

• Mentor others and exemplify behaviors aligned with company values.

• Influence stakeholders and articulate difficult and complex concepts effectively.

• Contribute to the development of new products, processes, standards, and operational strategies.

• Comply with SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, accompanied by 8-10 years of relevant experience.

• In the absence of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be evaluated.

• Preferred designations include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM.

• Experience in financial services is mandatory.

• Background in retail construction programs is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.

• Familiarity with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software is essential.

• Capability to address unique challenges with both standard and innovative solutions.
