This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the complete execution of implementation projects for physician/provider compensation solutions.
• Collaborate with healthcare clients to gather and document business, operational, and compensation-related requirements.
• Evaluate provider compensation data, reconciliations, and financial trends to pinpoint risks, variances, and opportunities.
• Work alongside clients and internal teams to ensure precise configuration and execution of compensation plans and reporting.
• Manage project schedules, dependencies, stakeholder communications, and essential implementation decisions.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and assist in ensuring successful client go-lives.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models that aid in provider compensation management and reporting.
• Convert intricate compensation and financial data into actionable insights for clients and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in the physician/provider compensation field.
• A minimum of 3 years in physician/provider compensation, including support for provider compensation plans, calculations, analytics, administration, or implementation projects.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Background in a Project Manager, Compensation Analyst, Provider Compensation Analyst, Consultant, or a similar position focusing on physician/provider compensation.
• Strong comprehension of healthcare compensation models, provider productivity metrics, compensation calculations, and reconciliations.
• Advanced analytical abilities with a capacity to manage large, complex datasets.
• Solid knowledge of accounting, finance, payroll, or compensation-related processes.
• Experience collaborating directly with healthcare stakeholders, physician groups, hospitals, or health systems.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with reporting and data analysis tools.
• Experience in implementing provider compensation or physician enterprise software solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
