
Senior Project Manager – Retail Bank Construction, Ground-Up/Fit-Outs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee various retail bank construction projects from the ground-up and fit-out phases, managing them from start to finish.
• Handle planning, design, construction, occupancy, and project closeout.
• Coordinate renovation efforts in occupied spaces while minimizing disruptions to business operations.
• Collaborate directly with clients to develop the scope of work, resource requirements, budget estimates, schedules, milestones, quality control measures, and risk assessments.
• Determine project delivery resources from pre-approved lists or through the qualification process.
• Conduct complex requests for proposals, carry out bid evaluations, and make resource recommendations to clients.
• Facilitate the creation of project charters and integrated timelines.
• Ensure that project functions adhere to schedules and effectively resolve or escalate issues as needed.
• Organize regular meetings to discuss project progress.
• Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams throughout implementation and completion.
• Develop enhanced methods for achieving both individual and departmental goals.
• Mentor others and exemplify leadership qualities.
• Influence stakeholders and articulate complex ideas with clarity.
• Contribute to the development of new products, processes, standards, and operational strategies.
• Comply with applicable SOX control responsibilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• A combination of experience and education will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Preferred designations include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM.
• Experience in the financial services sector is mandatory.
• Retail construction program experience is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management tools is required.
• Capability to address unique problems with both standard and innovative solutions.
