Senior Project Manager – Retail Bank Construction, Ground-Up/Fit-Outs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee various real estate projects from their inception to successful completion.

• Manage all aspects of planning, design, construction, occupancy, and project closeout.

• Coordinate renovation efforts in occupied spaces while minimizing disruption to business operations.

• Develop project scope, identify resource needs, create cost estimates and budgets, establish schedules, set milestones, ensure quality control, and identify risks.

• Determine project delivery resources from pre-approved lists or via the project qualification process.

• Conduct intricate requests for proposals, complete bid assessments, and provide resource recommendations to clients.

• Lead the creation of project charters and integrated timelines.

• Ensure that project activities stay on track and effectively address or escalate any issues that arise.

• Organize regular status meetings for both current and forthcoming projects.

• Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through the implementation and completion phases.

• Mentor colleagues and contribute to the development of new products, processes, standards, and operational strategies.

• Articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders across various multidisciplinary teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, alongside 8–10 years of relevant experience.

• In the absence of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be taken into account.

• Experience with financial services clients is mandatory.

• Background in retail construction programs is highly desirable.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Familiarity with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management tools is required.

• Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM.

• Exceptional organizational skills are essential.

• A strong inquisitive mindset is necessary.

• Must possess the ability to tackle unique challenges using both conventional and innovative solutions.
