Senior Project Manager – Retail Bank Construction, Ground-Up/Fit-Outs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee various real estate projects from initiation through to completion.

• Manage aspects such as planning, design, construction, occupancy, and project closeout.

• Coordinate renovations within occupied spaces while minimizing disruption to business operations.

• Develop project scope, resource needs, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risk assessments in collaboration with clients.

• Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through a project qualification process.

• Handle complex requests for proposals, perform comprehensive bid evaluations, and make recommendations for resources.

• Facilitate the creation of project charters and integrated timelines.

• Ensure all project functions adhere to schedules and address or escalate issues as necessary.

• Conduct regular project status meetings.

• Collaborate on solutions and lead project teams through implementation and completion.

• Mentor others and set a positive example.

• Influence stakeholders and convey complex ideas effectively.

• Contribute to the development of new products, processes, standards, and operational plans.

• Comply with SOX control responsibilities as applicable.


⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with 8-10 years of relevant experience.

• In the absence of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be evaluated.

• Preferred designations include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM.

• Experience in financial services is required.

• Experience with retail construction programs is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.

• Familiarity with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software is preferred.

• Ability to address unique challenges using both standard and innovative solutions.

• Exceptional organizational skills coupled with an advanced inquisitive approach.

• Up to 25%-30% regional travel within the Eastern or Central time zones may be necessary.
