Senior Project Manager – Retail Bank Construction, Ground-Up/Fit-Outs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee a variety of real estate projects from inception to completion.

• Supervise planning, design, construction, occupancy, and project closure.

• Coordinate renovation efforts in occupied spaces while minimizing disruptions to business operations.

• Collaborate with clients to establish project scope, resources, costs, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk management.

• Identify project delivery resources and manage requests for proposals and bid assessments.

• Facilitate the development of project charters and integrated timelines.

• Ensure project tasks remain on schedule and address or escalate any issues that arise.

• Conduct regular project status meetings to track progress.

• Work collaboratively to devise solutions and support project teams throughout implementation and completion.

• Create enhanced methods, processes, standards, and operational strategies.

• Mentor others and exemplify company values.

• Articulate complex ideas and effectively influence stakeholders across diverse teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, either now or in the future.

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with 8–10 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• Experience with financial services clients is mandatory.

• Experience in retail construction programs is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.

• Familiarity with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software is expected.

• Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM.

• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, inquisitive mindset are essential.

• Ability to address unique challenges with both standard and innovative solutions.

• Willingness and capacity to travel regionally up to 25%–30% within the Eastern or Central time zones.
