Analytical Project Manager – Project Janus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the integration, harmonization, and business transition of the surgical suture portfolio within the Janus program.

• Utilize analytics to facilitate portfolio decisions, customer migration, SKU rationalization, and the planning of product phase-ins and phase-outs.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Customer Service, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, and the Janus Portfolio Team.

• Proactively handle inventory risks, lifecycle decisions, and transition timelines to reduce inventory write-offs.

• Ensure customer supply, safeguard revenue, and enhance business performance during the portfolio transition.

• Develop, implement, and manage reporting and analytics processes to support informed decision-making and address customer inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, equivalent commercial training, or relevant industry experience.

• Strong expertise in analytics, project management, portfolio integration, commercial operations, supply chain, and inventory management.

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional transformation programs in a matrix organization.

• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Qlik Sense, ERP systems, dashboards, scenario modeling, and performance monitoring.

• Previous experience in the medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical sectors is preferred.

• Familiarity or in-depth knowledge of surgical sutures, wound closure products, product substitution, and portfolio harmonization is highly desirable.

• Fluency in written and spoken German and English is essential.

• Proficiency in French is a significant advantage.

• Strong MS Office skills, including the capacity to manage large data files, are required.

• Highly self-motivated, structured, organized, accountable, and dependable.

• Possess a positive can-do attitude with a keen focus on accuracy and detail.

• Commercially minded, with an entrepreneurial spirit and an understanding of revenue, margin, profit, costs, and business priorities.
