Associate Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, software implementation, project coordination, or a similar position

• Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Capability to convert business requirements into precise, actionable specifications

• Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies in software development

• Experience with product management or issue-tracking systems like Jira, Azure DevOps, or comparable tools

• Preferred experience with healthcare software or SaaS solutions

• Familiarity with workflows in healthcare revenue cycle management is a plus

• Basic understanding of medical claims, insurance payments, denials, and adjustments is advantageous

• Exposure to healthcare EDI transactions, such as 837, 835, 999, and 277, is preferred

• Experience in drafting user stories and acceptance criteria is preferred

• Prior involvement in software testing or user acceptance testing is a plus

• Knowledge of behavioral health or ABA billing is considered an asset
