Senior Project Manager – Retail Bank Construction, Ground-Up/Fit-Outs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee a variety of real estate projects from their inception to completion.

• Supervise planning, design, construction, occupancy, and project closeout.

• Manage renovations in occupied spaces while minimizing disruptions to business operations.

• Collaborate with clients to outline project scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk management.

• Identify project delivery resources from pre-approved lists or through a qualification process.

• Conduct requests for proposals, assess bids, and recommend resources.

• Facilitate project charters and develop integrated timelines.

• Ensure project tasks remain on schedule and address or escalate issues as necessary.

• Organize regular project status meetings.

• Work together on solutions and guide project teams through the implementation and completion phases.

• Innovate methods and contribute to the development of products, processes, standards, and operational strategies.

• Mentor colleagues and embody organizational values.

• Influence stakeholders and convey complex ideas across diverse teams.

• Support SOX control responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, accompanied by 8-10 years of relevant experience.

• In the absence of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be taken into account.

• Experience with financial services clients is mandatory.

• Experience in retail construction programs is highly desirable.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Familiarity with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software is required.

• Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM.

• Possess exceptional organizational skills and a strong inquisitive mindset.

• Capable of addressing unique challenges with both standard and innovative solutions.

• On-site presence may be required and can vary based on client needs.
