This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee various real estate projects from their inception to completion.
• Supervise planning, design, construction, occupancy, and project closeout.
• Coordinate renovations in occupied spaces while minimizing disruption to business operations.
• Prepare project scope, resource needs, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risk assessments in collaboration with clients.
• Define project delivery resources and manage requests for proposals and bid evaluations.
• Advise clients on recommended project resources.
• Facilitate the creation of project charters and integrated timelines.
• Monitor project schedules and address or escalate issues as necessary.
• Conduct regular project status meetings to ensure alignment.
• Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through the implementation and completion phases.
• Develop enhanced methods, processes, standards, and operational plans.
• Mentor others and exemplify organizational values.
• Influence senior stakeholders and effectively communicate complex concepts.
• Support customer, operational, project, and service objectives across multidisciplinary teams.
• May be required to fulfill SOX control responsibilities.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred along with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• In the absence of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be evaluated.
• Experience with financial services clients is required.
• Experience in retail construction programs is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software.
• Preferred credentials include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to address unique challenges with both standard and creative solutions.
• Willingness and capability to travel regionally up to 25%–30% in the Eastern or Central time zones.
