This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
β’ Oversee a variety of real estate projects from their inception to completion.
β’ Supervise the planning, design, construction, occupancy, and finalization phases.
β’ Manage renovations in occupied spaces while minimizing disruptions to business operations.
β’ Develop project scope, resource needs, cost estimates, budgets, timelines, milestones, quality controls, and risk assessments in collaboration with clients.
β’ Identify project delivery resources through pre-qualified lists or qualification processes.
β’ Execute complex requests for proposals, assess bids, and recommend suitable resources.
β’ Facilitate project charters and integrated project timelines.
β’ Ensure project functions adhere to schedules and address or escalate issues as needed.
β’ Organize regular status meetings for both ongoing and upcoming projects.
β’ Collaborate on solutions and assist project teams throughout implementation and completion.
β’ Develop enhanced methods to meet individual and departmental objectives.
β’ Provide coaching and functional expertise to others.
β’ Influence senior stakeholders and convey complex ideas effectively.
β’ Support customer, operational, project, and service objectives across diverse teams.
β’ Contribute to the development of new products, processes, standards, and operational plans.
β’ Comply with relevant SOX control responsibilities.
β’ Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship currently or in the future.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with 8β10 years of relevant experience.
β’ A combination of education and experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
β’ Experience with financial services clients is mandatory.
β’ Experience in retail construction programs is highly desirable.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
β’ Familiarity with Kahua, MS Project, or other project management software is preferred.
β’ LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations are preferred.
β’ Ability to address unique problems using both standard and innovative approaches.
β’ Exceptional organizational skills combined with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
