This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive project management for New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives, spanning from concept formation to product launch and subsequent support.
• Create and sustain integrated project schedules, including timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and accountability among Product Development, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
• Organize project meetings, design evaluations, stage-gate assessments, and executive status briefings.
• Recognize project risks and proactively devise mitigation strategies to reduce impacts on schedule, costs, and quality.
• Track project advancements against key deliverables and appropriately escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Coordinate launch readiness efforts to ensure successful product commercialization.
• Assist in portfolio planning, resource distribution, and prioritization within Product Development.
• Establish and enhance project management processes, tools, templates, and governance practices.
• Generate executive-level reports and communications for leadership stakeholders.
• Handle special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by the Chief Product Development Officer.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Business, Product Development, or a relevant field.
• Over 10 years of project management experience in consumer electronics, medical devices, wellness technology, consumer products, or similar sectors.
• Proven experience in managing New Product Introduction (NPI) or product development programs.
• Strong grasp of product development lifecycles, stage-gate methodologies, and commercialization processes.
• Outstanding organizational, planning, and execution abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to influence and achieve alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or comparable platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
• PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in a high-growth consumer technology, health technology, or wellness brand is highly preferred.
