This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee significant energy initiatives valued between $10M and $200M within utility-scale solar and battery energy storage systems.
• Act as the customer's advocate through effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and reliable service delivery.
• Manage the entire contract lifecycle from final agreement to project closure.
• Oversee reporting, receivables, change orders, and negotiation of claims.
• Ensure safety, quality, scheduling, cost management, margin optimization, cash flow, and risk management are prioritized.
• Coordinate with cross-functional GE Vernova teams and business units for product delivery and commissioning.
• Convey project objectives, risks, opportunities, and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote an inclusive and engaged team culture while striving for excellence in project management.
• Uphold and enhance GE Vernova’s reputation in the marketplace through ethical and professional execution.
• Report directly to the Projects & Services Leader for the Americas Region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, customer management, or a similar professional role.
• Proficient in English communication skills—both written and verbal, with a focus on technical and commercial aspects.
• Proven track record in leading and inspiring multicultural, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to influence all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
• Preferred: Experience in the design, procurement, or construction of solar and/or battery energy storage systems.
• Preferred: Previous experience with GE Vernova Power Conversion and Storage products and processes.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
