Project Manager, Healthcare – Pharmaceutical Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects from the initial planning stages all the way through to execution.

• Collaborate with account, creative, editorial, and production teams to guarantee successful project delivery.

• Manage timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations effectively.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of client programs and projects.

• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows.

• Work alongside account teams and stakeholders to align on objectives, budgets, and deliverables.

• Conduct internal meetings to facilitate project discussions.

• Handle communications regarding project status updates.

• Supervise workflow processes from project kickoff to final delivery.

• Track project progress and pinpoint potential risks.

• Ensure projects remain on schedule and maintain their momentum.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is necessary.

• At least 2 years of experience in project management, encompassing project planning, execution, and delivery.

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders concurrently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software or workflow management tools.

• Excellent meeting facilitation, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Capability to identify risks, prioritize tasks, and drive projects to successful completion.

• Experience within an advertising agency is beneficial.

• Background in supporting pharmaceutical or healthcare clients is advantageous.

• Familiarity with digital, print, and broadcast production processes is a plus.

• Experience in cross-functional client service environments is helpful.
