Mid-Level Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of the SoftExpert Suite for clients within the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industries.

• Ensure that projects adhere to scope, timelines, quality standards, and financial viability.

• Direct project planning, activity monitoring, and management controls.

• Identify and assess risks, deviations, and obstacles, offering corrective and preventive measures.

• Promote effective communication among clients, consultants, and internal teams involved in the projects.

• Maintain client involvement throughout every phase of the implementation process.

• Conduct kickoff meetings, status updates, executive reviews, and project closure sessions.

• Monitor project KPIs to aid in informed decision-making.

• Ensure that deliverables align with the client’s operational and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Additional qualifications in Project Management.

• Proven experience in managing software, ERP, or management system implementation projects.

• Experience leading projects that involve multiple stakeholders and adhere to structured timelines.

• Familiarity with risk management, change management, and KPI monitoring.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills with clients.

• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.

• A university degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field is advantageous.

• Experience with projects in the Life Sciences and regulated industries is a plus.

• Knowledge of quality assurance, compliance, and industry regulations (ANVISA, FDA, GxP, ISO) is beneficial.

• Familiarity with the SoftExpert Suite is an added advantage.

• Proficiency in English and/or Spanish at an intermediate or advanced level is favorable.
