📋 Description

• Drive intricate, cross-functional technology projects that promote Tegria’s enterprise IT objectives.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, organizational preparedness, deployment, and realization of benefits.

• Collaborate with business, technology, security, infrastructure, applications, and vendor teams to provide cohesive solutions.

• Create detailed project plans that outline priorities, objectives, stakeholder requirements, resources, dependencies, budgets, risks, and timelines.

• Supervise delivery to guarantee that milestones are achieved on schedule, within budget, and with high-quality outcomes that facilitate operational readiness and adoption.

• Manage project scope and modifications, identify challenges, and formulate contingency strategies.

• Act as the main contact for project communications and nurture relationships with executive sponsors, stakeholders, IT leaders, delivery teams, and vendors.

• Ensure adherence to governance, security, privacy, change management, architecture, procurement, and operational standards.

• Conduct risk evaluations and execute mitigation plans.

• Lead governance meetings, steering committee updates, dependency assessments, and delivery checkpoints.

• Provide status updates, decision records, risk summaries, and communications suitable for executives.

• Guide implementation readiness, transition planning, post-implementation reviews, and lessons-learned sessions.

• Enhance delivery practices, project governance, stakeholder involvement, and cross-functional execution throughout the enterprise IT portfolio.

• Function as a thought leader and mentor for less experienced team members.

• Stay updated on emerging trends, influence best practices, and create innovative solutions.

• Operate autonomously and manage personal work progression.

• Execute relevant tasks, training, or administrative duties as assigned.

• Assist in developing an IT PMO as the company expands and scales.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• Master’s degree is preferred.

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

• Typically, 8+ years of project management experience overseeing enterprise IT, infrastructure, applications, security, data, or business technology projects, including complex cross-functional delivery efforts.

• Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.

• Experience in delivering initiatives involving enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Workday, ServiceNow, CRM, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, data, or integration technologies.

• Familiarity with healthcare or professional services environments is advantageous.

• Strong comprehension of enterprise IT delivery, including applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, integrations, cloud services, operational readiness, and technology governance.

• Knowledge of formal project management methodologies, procedures, and tools.

• Solid understanding of change management, stakeholder readiness, communication planning, adoption support, and transition-to-operations practices.

• Recognized as an authority in enterprise IT project delivery, project governance, risk management, and cross-functional execution.

• W2 project-based consultants must supply a computing device that meets industry standards and security best practices.
