Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead significant commercial data center construction projects from start to finish

• Create and oversee comprehensive project timelines using Primavera P6

• Work in collaboration with project managers, product managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to streamline project workflow

• Assess project advancement and pinpoint possible delays or challenges

• Propose solutions to uphold project timelines

• Hold regular status meetings and keep stakeholders informed about progress

• Generate project scheduling status reports for management and team members

• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and project specifications

• Coordinate with procurement and resource management to guarantee timely access to materials and labor

• Review scheduling processes and implement enhancements for efficiency

• Serve as the primary contact for inquiries and issues related to scheduling

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution; or 10+ years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Demonstrated experience as a construction scheduler or in a related position within the construction sector

• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, project management principles, and scheduling methodologies

• Expertise in scheduling software, including Primavera P6 or MS Project

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Capacity to work autonomously and handle multiple projects at once
