This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee significant energy initiatives valued between $10M and $200M, focusing on utility-scale solar and battery energy storage systems.
• Establish customer confidence through effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and reliable performance against commitments.
• Manage the complete contract lifecycle from agreement finalization to project closeout.
• Handle reporting, receivables, negotiation of change orders, and claim discussions.
• Enhance performance in areas such as safety, quality, scheduling, cost management, margin, cash flow, and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and business units within GE Vernova to ensure smooth product delivery and commissioning.
• Articulate project objectives, risks, opportunities, and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Cultivate an inclusive and engaged team atmosphere that yields exceptional project management outcomes.
• Safeguard and enhance GE Vernova's reputation in the marketplace through ethical and professional execution of projects.
• Report directly to the Projects & Services Leader for the Americas Region.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, customer management, or a related professional field.
• Proficient in English communication skills, both written and verbal, with expertise in technical and commercial contexts.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse, cross-functional teams successfully.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, capable of influencing individuals at all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Experience in the design, procurement, or construction of solar and/or battery energy storage systems is preferred.
• Prior familiarity with GE Vernova Power Conversion and Storage products and processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
