Senior Project Manager – Planning and Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Implement the delivery function throughout the program

• Convert delivery insights into status reports, RAID management, dependency oversight, and planning rhythms

• Collaborate closely with the IP&D Lead and Release PMs to identify risks and maintain visibility on program health

• Ensure that planning aligns with current delivery conditions

• Lead a small team of analysts dedicated to daily delivery operations

• Aid in replanning for ongoing releases when there are changes in scope, timeline, or resources

• Direct initial planning for upcoming releases and establish baselines prior to execution

• Create and implement status reporting, RAID, dependency tracking, and ADO tools

• Generate accurate weekly reporting packages for leadership

• Manage risk, issue, assumption, and decision registers

• Predict and address dependencies and constraints across various releases

• Supervise the setup and configuration of the ADO environment

• Define quality expectations and collaborate with Release PMs and workstream leads as a delivery partner

• Develop and implement processes and systems within an early-stage program context

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivering or managing delivery for a complex, multi-workstream program, with responsibility for results

• Hands-on involvement in release or workstream planning from initiation, including defining scope, sequencing tasks, and establishing delivery frameworks

• Proficient in active RAID management, including driving accountability, escalating appropriately, and resolving challenges

• Strong practical knowledge of ADO at a configuration level

• Skilled in managing dependencies across simultaneous releases

• Experience in leading a small team and mentoring junior analysts or coordinators

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI or similar tools

• Actively utilizes or is developing expertise with AI-assisted tools

• Holds a reliability security clearance
