Senior Project Manager – Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of Phase I-IV clinical trials from initiation to completion.

• Lead cross-functional project teams and liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

• Create, update, and adapt project plans, timelines, and resource strategies.

• Administer project budgets and monitor financial performance.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Identify project risks, assess operational challenges, and implement effective solutions.

• Encourage teamwork and resolve conflicts in diverse global teams.

• Ensure project outcomes align with quality, timelines, regulatory standards, and client expectations.

• Propel continuous improvement efforts to boost operational efficiency and enhance project execution quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Life Sciences, or a qualification in a related allied health field; equivalent combinations of education and experience are also considered.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the clinical pharmaceutical industry.

• Established experience in Oncology clinical project management.

• Alternatively, considerable supervisory and clinical research experience in pharmaceutical or CRO settings.

• Proven track record of successfully leading multidisciplinary and cross-functional project teams in a clinical research context.

• Comprehensive understanding of project management principles, including time management, quality assurance, cost management, resource planning, and risk mitigation.

• Strong financial skills, including experience in developing and overseeing project budgets.

• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and international regulatory standards for clinical development programs.

• Familiarity with project management software.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Fluency in the local office language is also mandatory.
