Senior Project Manager, Neuroscience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Act as the Project Lead and main point of contact for the sponsor.

• Take ownership of overall project delivery with a focus on quality, timing, and cost.

• Set and convey customer expectations to the project team.

• Guide cross-functional project teams to achieve or surpass deliverables.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the sponsor and the organization at the project level.

• Ensure adherence to internal and external escalation processes.

• Define roles and communication channels for secondary project leads when necessary.

• Oversee project-level financial management, encompassing contracts, resource allocation, out-of-scope activities, and negotiations for changes/modifications.

• Build, communicate, and manage sponsor relationships to ensure optimal project execution.

• Facilitate project-level risk identification and issue resolution via RBQM/RESOLVE.

• Ensure compliance of the project team with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory standards, and project-specific requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.

• Background in Neuroscience studies, specifically related to the mentioned indications.

• Consideration may be given to a combination of suitable education, training, and/or directly related experience.

• Proficiency in technical skills and systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity.

• Capability to delegate and prioritize both personal and project team workloads.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities.

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and situations.

• Advanced knowledge of therapeutic areas and clinical development guidelines and directives.

• Solid understanding of project management principles concerning time, quality, and cost, including financial literacy.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to lead, inspire, and coordinate cross-functional project teams.

• Sound judgment, decision-making capabilities, and critical/analytical skills for complex or unclear situations.

• Proficient in negotiation, persuasion, and influence, with an awareness of cross-cultural dynamics.

• Familiarity with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory standards, and project-specific requirements.
