This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee reporting related to time, cost, risk, and scope management.
• Facilitate MEP project management discussions with relevant stakeholders.
• Guide the team in cost planning, procurement of consultants and contractors, design management, and construction management until project completion and handover.
• Ensure delivery of shell and core and fit-out phases on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage authority submissions for essential utilities.
• Conduct project reporting, and oversee risk, cost, and schedule control functions.
• Develop management tools to oversee the project effectively.
• Foster a cost-conscious environment within the team.
• Provide project management services from initiation through to completion and handover.
• Comply with the Consultant’s established guidelines and practices.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and quality, issuing monthly formal reports to the Employer.
• Maintain weekly and ad-hoc photographic documentation of progress.
• Manage coordination and communication among the Employer, Design Consultants, Cost Management Consultant, and Main-Contractor teams.
• Prepare presentations and reports for the Employer and stakeholders for stage sign-off or milestone events.
• Assist the Employer in supplying information to potential customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management or the line manager.
• A degree in construction management, electrical/mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in workplace, high-technology, manufacturing, industrial, and project management within major data center projects, including MEP works coordination.
• Familiarity with key project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
• Capability to coordinate with concurrent base building activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Primavera P6, or MS Office, including MS Project Management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while meeting tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated professional proficiency and/or expertise in project management.
• Knowledge and proficiency in using relevant information technology and systems.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Currently eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
